Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make hedgehogs from minced meat in sour cream sauce? Prepare the products according to the list.
Step 2:
Meat scroll it through the meat grinder, also do with onions and garlic. If you have ready-made minced meat, then everything is even easier, then peel and finely chop the onion, peel the garlic too and pass it through a garlic chopper. Mix everything, add salt, pepper if necessary, add eggs and ketchup or tomato sauce. Stir again.
Step 3:
Rinse the rice in several waters until transparent, pour it into a saucepan, fill with water and boil until half-cooked - this is about 7-10 minutes after boiling. Put the rice in a colander and let it cool, then send it to the minced meat, mix everything.
Step 4:
Grease a baking sheet or whatever you have for baking with a mixture of butter and sour cream.
Step 5:
Mold the minced meat into balls of the same size and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 6:
For dressing, mix sour cream, 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and the same amount of ketchup, if it turns out too thick, then add water or broth. Pour the resulting sauce over the hedgehogs so that they are covered on 2/3 of the surface.
Step 7:
Bake our dish in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees until the crust is formed and fully cooked.
Step 8:
Serve with rice or potatoes, you can with pasta or some kind of porridge. A vegetable salad will also go well with these hedgehogs. Enjoy your meal!
I'm glad that one day I found this recipe, which told me how to cook minced hedgehogs in sour cream sauce. I don't know who has it, but my family demands something tastier and more satisfying for dinner. And I can't do anything about it: who studies, who works, someone has training or music school, nerves at work… And I have no choice but to cook this most delicious and satisfying meal. Children spend so much energy that I can hardly believe that they can get better because of an extra spoonful of mashed potatoes or hedgehogs in sour cream sauce. By the way, they are the ones who help me out in a difficult moment of despair at the stove, when there is no strength to cook after work, but I still want to eat. Cook and you!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
