Maple Pecan Puffs

Delicious puffs with maple syrup and pecans. In numerous reviews devoted to these puffs, I read that these are the most delicious puffs in the world. At first, I was very distrustful of this universal enthusiasm. Indeed, well, what's so special about it - syrup and nuts. However, now I am ready to join those who claim that it is mega delicious. I especially liked the taste of nuts, which I sprinkled on top of the puffs. Toasted pecans are surprisingly delicious.

Put the puffs on a parchment-lined baking sheet at a distance from each other. Bake the puffs in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 20 minutes. To have a ruddy crust, I smeared the puffs with maple syrup again at the end of baking, when the dough had already risen and got stronger.

Pecans can be safely replaced with cheaper walnuts. This, of course, will be a little different, but it's also delicious.
