Lean Puff Pastry Bagels

Quick and easy baking for those who appreciate conciseness in everything. A minimum of ingredients, and it turns out very tasty, especially with chocolate and raisins. My mother-in-law was cooking small delicious bagels with raisins, we decided to repeat it at home with chocolate and nuts. Honestly, I didn't really like the nuts, something was missing for them. Maybe the same chocolate or honey. It is necessary to repeat, but in a different version.

I dared to cook croissants, but decided that so far my "masterpiece" only reaches bagels! We will work, but in the meantime I will share my experience. It turned out to be very tasty after all!
Take the puff pastry, roll it out a little, cut it into triangles. They should be high and the base wide, at least 10 centimeters.
We define the filling on the base. We try to put the filling in the center. I broke chocolate, sprinkled raisins (I really like large sayaka) and spread chopped nuts. I also tried mixing fillings.
Then we twist the filling. It may be necessary to pinch the dough in some places so that the chocolate does not escape.
It is better to put the bagels "triangle-top" down, otherwise it will then rise strongly.
Lubricate the bagels with sweet water and bake until they rise and are golden. And this is about 15 minutes. The fire is medium, slightly higher.
Sprinkle ready-made lean bagels from puff pastry with nuts. If you don't keep a fast, you can chocolate. Eh, only fresh strawberries are missing.
