Roll out the dough into a layer 5-6 mm thick. If you want a very crispy cookie, roll it out thinner)

Cut out cookies with any molds)

Cover the baking sheet with parchment (I have a silicone mat) - lay out our blanks and put them in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Watch out for cookies - everyone's ovens are baked differently, do not over-dry.

During the baking process, the cookies will rise well and the edges will turn brown.
