Extremely tasty and simple cookies - the recipe is just a godsend! It's easy to cook for the family when you want something delicious. Before the arrival of unplanned guests, such cookies can also help out - there will be a delicious treat for tea, which will surely cause a lot of compliments.

We begin cooking a fragrant delicacy... First of all, we break the eggs into a deep container, after which we pour the specified amount of granulated sugar to them. Beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk until white. You can use a mixer for whipping.

Put the butter in a separate bowl, and then sift the flour to it, pour the semolina and orange zest. It can be used both dry and fresh (the main thing when removing is not to touch the white layer of orange peel). You can buy a ready-made one in the store. Mix everything thoroughly. Butter should be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that the butter is not too hard.

Next, mix both the resulting masses and knead the dough. Knead it until smooth, and then form a ball out of it, put it on the bottom of the bowl, which we tighten with cling film. We put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.

Time has passed - we remove the dough from the refrigerator. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. We pinch off small pieces from the dough, form koloboks from them, then flatten them a little and spread them on a covered baking sheet.

Put the baking tray with the blanks in a preheated oven to 190 degrees and bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes - until golden. It may take a little more time - it depends on the specific oven.

We take the finished cookies out of the oven, remove them from the baking sheet onto a beautiful flat dish, let them cool completely or serve them warm for tea.

Bon appetit!
