Step 1:
Pre-defrost one layer of dough

Turn on the oven at 220 degrees. Roll out the dough about twice (roll in one direction) turn it over to get the sticky side.
Step 3:
Put cheese on the entire surface (I used Russian), grated on a fine grater. Flatten with the palm of your hand.
Step 4:
Fold in half, flatten well
Step 5:
You can help with a rolling pin. We prepare a lizon from the yolk (break the yolk with a fork, dilute with a tablespoon of water or milk)
Step 6:
Cut the dough into long strips 1-1.5 cm thick
Step 7:
We put it on a pre-oiled mold (or parchment, butter with flour sprinkled - so that the baking does not stick). Carefully remove the strips from the board and twist them in different directions by the ends, such convolvulus turns out, you can make even sticks.
Step 8:
Lubricate our sticks well with lison- it will give a beautiful color to the baking and "stickiness" of the dough surface
Step 9:
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cumin (I like to sprinkle richly)
Step 10:
Put in the oven, bake until ready- the formation of a beautiful blush! I have it 220 degrees and 20-25 minutes. We put the hot pastries on the grill and let them cool down. Bon appetit!
