Cupcake with apples and cinnamon

Bake fragrant cupcakes and decorate them with cream! This is a masterpiece! Cupcake with apples and cinnamon is not difficult to cook, but it will take time, since you need to soak the raisins in rum in advance. Butter cream is also desirable to prepare in advance, but this is an optional condition. Cinnamon and apples are a perfect and very cozy combination. The butter cream looks beautiful and tastes excellent. Wonderful pastries for serving to guests.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 13 h 20 min

First we bake cupcakes:

1. Soak well-washed and dried raisins in 100 ml of rum overnight.

2. Chopped almonds are lightly fried in a dry frying pan.

3. Sift the flour into a large bowl, add baking powder, salt and almonds, mix.

4. Pour cinnamon (1 tsp.) and nutmeg.

5. Apples are washed and peeled. Cut half of the apples into small cubes, put them in a small bowl. Add to them 50 ml of yogurt, the remaining rum, lemon juice 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon. Mix it up.

6. The second half of the apple is three on a fine grater and mixed with the remaining yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract. Add the oil at room temperature and mix everything well. Break the eggs, stir again and combine the resulting mass with the flour mixture.

7. Add the mixture of item 5 and raisins to the resulting dough, mix everything well.

8. Fill the molds with two-thirds dough and put them to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

And now we are preparing a cream for decoration:

1. Mix sugar and pudding with a small amount of milk until smooth, then pour in the remaining milk and juice. Put the mixture on medium heat and, stirring, wait for thickening, cool to room temperature (cover the bowl with foil).

2. Take the oil at room temperature, beat, then gradually spread the pudding, continuing to beat. If the cream is too soft, you can put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Ready-made cupcakes are cooled and decorated with cream, sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
