Cooking method
Urbech is not only a culinary dish. It is actively used for preventive and therapeutic purposes. In particular, it is used to treat diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular diseases, diseases of the musculoskeletal system and even disorders of the nervous system. In addition to the above properties, urbech helps strengthen the immune system, improve vision, and reduce cholesterol levels in the body.
Saturated concentrate of nuts and seeds is very nutritious. A small jar will last for several days in the field. It is convenient to take it with you on long trips.
To grind the seeds into a paste, they must be thoroughly dried. The seeds can also be fried. Recently, for urbech, the raw materials are dried at very gentle temperatures, and only after that they are ground. This allows you to save all the useful substances of the ingredient.
1. We put the peeled peanuts on a baking sheet. We send it to the oven. Dry at 180 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. The amount of time can be increased to get a richer and more intense color. You can also fry peanuts in a frying pan, but only without oil. In any case, the nuts need to be stirred in the process so that they are fried evenly and do not burn.
2. Next, we grind the peanuts with a blender. If necessary, you can add water so that the paste is not too thick. At this stage, you can put your favorite spices. Peanuts go well with nutmeg, cinnamon, cocoa. Also add liquid honey and olive oil. It is easier to mix liquid honey with the resulting paste. Therefore, it is recommended to use it.
That's it. The pasta is ready! We transfer it to a glass jar. Ready-made urbech can be served with tea, spreading pasta on bread.
Enjoy your health!
