Cooking method
1. Melt the butter, wait until it cools down (to a warm state).
2. Pour sugar into the cooled butter, mix well.
3. In a bowl, break the eggs (2 pcs.), put yeast to them, pour salt. Rub everything well so that there are no lumps.
4. Pour warm butter and sugar into a bowl to the yeast mixture, mix.
5. Now pour warm milk into the resulting mass.
6. Sift the flour, add it to the rest of the ingredients in small portions. Knead the dough. Knead until it stops sticking to your hands.
7. Form a ball of dough, put it on the bottom of the bowl, cover with a towel. Let it lie there for 1 hour.
8. Time has passed - divide the dough into 6 parts, rolling a bun from each. Let the buns "rest" for 10 minutes.
9. Roll out each ball into a round layer about 0.5 cm thick. Cut it into 6-8 triangles (you need to cut it as a cake is usually cut).
10. Put some jam on the wide edge of the triangle, wrap the triangle towards the sharp end. It will turn out a bagel. Repeat the same with the other triangles.
11. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the future bagels on it. Leave them to stand for half an hour.
12. Beat the remaining egg with a fork, brush the bagels with it on top.
13. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes (until browning).
Let the bagels cool down a little and serve them with tea. They are also very tasty with milk! Bon appetit!
