Pizza with red salmon fish on yeast dough

Incredibly delicious pizza will appeal to everyone without exception! Pizza is, I think, one of the most favorite snacks for both children and adults. It is simply impossible to resist a crispy tortilla with a delicate filling. Traditionally, pizza is prepared with vegetables, poultry or smoked meats, but there is also a very tasty option - with fish. Red fish is perfect as a pizza filling, so if you haven't tried this pizza yet, I highly recommend it, it's very, very tasty! You can cook such a pizza from salted red fish, as well as from fresh. Only if you use fresh fish, then bake it together with the dough. My family liked the option with salted fish more, so its taste is more saturated, but you can cook in the way that you like best.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make pizza with red fish on yeast dough? Prepare the ingredients for the dough.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Combine the serum and water together and heat it up slightly (the temperature of the liquid should not exceed 40C, so be careful not to overheat it). Pour a tablespoon of sugar into the warm liquid and add yeast.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Stir thoroughly so that the yeast is completely dissolved in the liquid.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

    Pour in the olive oil.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add salt and add the sifted flour in portions.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Knead the dough this way. First, knead the dough in a bowl for a few minutes so that it gathers into a non-uniform bun.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Next, go to the desktop and knead the dough thoroughly for 7-8 minutes. It should become smooth and very tender. If necessary, then lightly dust the table with flour during kneading, but do not get too carried away so as not to clog the dough.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Place the dough in a bowl (you can lightly oil it or sprinkle it with flour beforehand), cover it with a damp towel or film and leave it in the heat for 1 hour to rise.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

While the dough is coming, prepare the filling.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Take care of the sauce first. Traditionally, tomato sauce made from fresh or canned tomatoes is used for pizza, but since the season of fresh tomatoes is too short, and canned tomatoes can not be found everywhere, I suggest cooking a simple but delicious version of pizza sauce. Take 1 tbsp. l. with a good (high-quality and delicious!) slide tomato paste, add to it 2-3 tablespoons of water (boiled), a pinch of sugar, salt and some dried herbs.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

And mix. The consistency of the sauce should be close to ketchup, so if necessary, you can add a little more or less water, depending on the thickness of the paste. That's it, the sauce is ready.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Also prepare the cheese - grate it on a coarse grater. By the way, instead of mozzarella, you can take any other cheese, the main thing is that it is delicious and melts easily.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Cut the salted salmon into thin slices.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

After an hour, put the oven to warm up to 230-250 C along with a baking sheet or a pizza stone and take out the dough that has already come up.

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

Put the dough on a floured table and divide it into 3-4 parts, depending on the desired pizza size.

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

Roll each part into a ball, cover the buns with a towel and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes.

  17. Step 17:

    Step 17.

After the right time, take one bun (keep the remaining ones under a towel so as not to wind up) and put it immediately on baking paper.

  18. Step 18:

    Step 18.

Roll out or stretch the dough bun into a 5 mm thick cake with your hands (choose the thickness of the dough to your taste, you can roll it out thinner or thicker).

  19. Step 19:

    Step 19.

    Grease the tortilla with sauce.

  20. Step 20:

    Step 20.

And sprinkle a generous portion of grated cheese on top.

  21. Step 21:

    Step 21.

Carefully remove the preheated baking sheet from the hot oven and drag the formed pizza onto it. Bake the pizza until fully cooked for about 7 minutes or more, be guided by the capabilities of your oven. The pizza should be browned on all sides.

  22. Step 22:

    Step 22.

Take the finished pizza out of the oven and put the pieces of salted fish on top.

  23. Step 23:

    Step 23.

Also add a handful of arugula and some fresh basil leaves. Prepare the remaining three pizzas in the same way.

  24. Step 24:

    Step 24.

That's it, a very tasty and tender pizza with red fish is ready! Serve it immediately to the table.

  25. Step 25:

    Step 25.

    Bon appetit!

This amount of ingredients makes 4 pizzas with a diameter of about 26-28 cm.
