First of all, you need to knead the dough, to do this, add 3 tbsp.l. sugar, egg, 0.5 tsp. salt and vanillin to kefir. Preheat this mixture to a warm state (but it should not be hot). Dissolve yeast and 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in the kefir-egg mixture, mix everything well and add the sifted flour. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands. Put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
When the dough has come up, roll it out into a rectangle, lay out the cherries and sprinkle with sugar. Roll it into a roll, put it on a baking sheet and let it stand for another 15-20 minutes.
Grease the roll with yolk and put it to bake in a preheated 180C oven for 35-40 minutes.
The finished roll can be sprinkled with powdered sugar (optional)!
