To begin with, we will prepare all the ingredients, and these are: corn groats (it is better to choose finely ground, because the grains in the cookies will be felt), pre-sifted wheat flour, granulated sugar, butter. The zest can be taken both dried and cut fresh. In the latter case, the main thing is to cut it off without a white layer, which gives the food extra bitterness, and therefore is not usually used. Chicken eggs are thoroughly washed and wiped dry.

We pour flour into a deep container, we also send corn groats there. Mix everything together. Add a little salt to the dry mixture - literally a pinch. We are interfering again.

Butter, which is better to get out of the refrigerator half an hour before cooking, put in a clean bowl. Add granulated sugar, as well as citrus zest. If it is fresh, it must first be crushed. We rub everything very well until smooth, and then we break the eggs right here. Mix it up.

Next, we begin to add the flour mixture little by little to the oil mixture. We mix well until the products are completely combined. Knead a very soft dough. If there is not enough flour, you can add more.

Turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees Celsius. A large baking sheet is covered with a sheet of baking paper. After the dough is rolled out and cut out cookies of any shape. You can just use a cup. When the oven warms up to the desired temperature, put a baking sheet in it. Bake cookies for 15 minutes - until ruddy and golden.
