Cooking method
1. Rub the soft cottage cheese through a sieve. It is necessary for the casserole to be homogeneous.
2. Mix eggs with sugar, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer into a fluffy mass.
3. Rinse the raisins well, blot them with a napkin from the water and pour them into the cottage cheese.
4. Also add flour mixed with baking powder to the cottage cheese, mix.
5. Pour the beaten egg mass into the curd mass and now mix everything together with a mixer.
6. Grease the baking dish liberally with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
7. Put the curd mass into the prepared mold, carefully level the surface with a spoon.
8. Put the filled mold with the mass in a hot oven and bake at 190-200 degrees for 50 minutes.
9. After 50 minutes, the casserole of soft cottage cheese is ready, take the mold out of the oven and let the casserole cool completely.
10. Cut the cooled curd casserole into portions and serve with sour cream.
