Break the chocolate into pieces, add the diced butter and melt either in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Pour the melted chocolate into a separate container and let it cool down a little.

Beat the eggs to a light foam with sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla tincture (or vanilla sugar).

Pour the egg mixture into the cooled melted chocolate.

Mix thoroughly.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add it to the chocolate mixture in several steps, mix.

At the very end, add the chopped hazelnuts. Instead of hazelnuts, you can safely take walnuts or almonds, or do not add them at all. We put the dough into a mold.

Bake in a preheated 180C oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 9:
Let the finished cake cool down and cut into portions. Enjoy your meal!
Cooking brownie cake is quite simple. The most important thing during baking is not to overdo it, so as not to over-dry it. In this recipe, it is better not to overdo it than to overdo it. It is better to take a bigger form. My form size is 20x20, but I think it would be ideal to be 25x25, since the brownie should be thinner. During baking, after 20 minutes, I advise you to check for readiness, if there is no liquid dough on the skewer, but there are still crumbs of wet dough, then everything is ready.
