1. Beat the egg with a whisk with kefir and vegetable oil.
2. Sift the wheat flour. Pour sugar, salt and baking powder to it. Stir with a dry spoon until smooth.
3. Pour dry ingredients into the liquid mass, and stir the dough until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
4. Grease silicone cupcake molds with vegetable oil. Put 1 tablespoon of dough in each. Then add 0.5 tsp of any jam and put a spoonful of dough on top.
5. Bake cupcakes in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. They are prepared approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve to the table in a warm form, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
