Step 1:

Pour in the sifted flour and knead the dough. Add a little water so that the dough does not crumble. You do not need to knead the dough for a long time, it should be soft. You can put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, then it will be more elastic.
Step 4:
But you can immediately start working with it while it is soft and pliable. The form is lubricated with oil. And with our hands we gently stretch the dough along the bottom of the mold, forming small sides. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the dough base for about 7 minutes.
Step 5:
Preparing the curd filling. Cottage cheese with sugar, lemon juice, vanilla is mixed until the sugar dissolves.
Step 6:
Add cream and grind with a blender into a homogeneous curd mass.
Step 7:
Beat the eggs and beat thoroughly.
Step 8:
Remove the base from the dough from the oven, let it cool down.
Step 9:
Spread the curd cream on the dough, to the brim. And bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
Step 10:
Take out the cheesecake, cool well.
