Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 50 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the specified ingredients. Wheat flour, egg category C0. You can knit ordinary sugar for cookies, or you can grind it fine, but take a large one for sprinkling. Butter from natural cream with a fat content of 82.5%, previously (2-3 hours before cooking) remove from the refrigerator to the table. If this is not possible, then it can be softened in the microwave, but not melted. Milk is 3.2% fat content.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Put the softened butter in a deep bowl, add the broken raw egg and sugar. Mix everything in a convenient way (with a fork, whisk, mixer) into a homogeneous or uniform mass.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add milk to the dough, mix evenly again. Pour in the required amount of flour with baking powder and salt and knead the dough. The dough turns out sticky, but it can be assembled into a ball. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 - 40 minutes.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Remove the cooled dough from the refrigerator. It is already less sticky, but in order to roll it out without any problems at all, you need to lay baking paper on it, put the dough on it, another sheet of paper on top and roll it out through it. Roll out the dough into a not very thin layer. Transfer it to a baking tray.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Using a knife or cooking spatula, cut the dough into lozenges.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling and evenly sprinkle the entire surface of the dough. I sprinkled with a spoon and it turned out not very evenly, so it's more convenient to take an average sieve. For reliability, so that the sprinkling is fixed on the surface of the dough, you can walk on top with a rolling pin, without pressing very hard. Place the baking tray with cookies in the preheated oven for 15-25 minutes, depending on the ruddiness of the cookies.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Remove the finished cookies from the oven and once again, while it is hot, go through the cuts, dividing it completely from each other. Let the finished liver cool down and serve with a glass of milk, a cup of tea or coffee. Cookies can be stored for several days in an open container at room temperature.
