Whisk the proteins into a dense foam until persistent peaks - this is important.
Step 8:
Butter is rubbed with sugar into a light fluffy cream. Whipping, we introduce yolks one at a time alternately with chopped almonds. The whipped whites are carefully introduced into the creamy mass alternately with the sifted flour. The dough is carefully laid out in a greased round shape of a small diameter for baking. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. When serving, almond pie can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
This recipe was suggested to me by an old friend of mine, with whom we studied in the same class. It turns out that she has her own cake baking business, so she is a master in this business.
