A baguette with stuffing is a simple and effective dish, which, if there are products, can be quickly prepared, for example, if friends unexpectedly came to visit. In addition, such a baguette will be a great breakfast. It can be cut into portions and taken as a snack to study, work or travel.

Cooking this delicious dish is not difficult. To begin with, we prepare the ingredients:

- cut the salami into thin circles, which we cut into halves or quarters. In general, it does not matter how the sausage will be sliced - you can cut it to your taste,

- peel the onion and chop it finely,

- my bell pepper, cut in half and clean the seeds, remove the stalk, then finely chop the pulp,

- cheddar for three grater.

Now you can proceed directly to cooking:

- turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees Celsius,

- heat the frying pan over high heat, then put the pieces of salami into it and, stirring, fry them for 1 minute. We put part of the salami in a bowl for later, add onions to the sausage remaining in the pan and fry them together for 2 minutes with constant stirring,

- add chopped bell pepper to the pan, cook, stirring, for another 1 minute, then remove the pan from the heat,

- cut the baguette from above, remove the pulp, then lubricate the baguette with sauce,

- spread a mixture of salami, bell pepper and onion on the sauce in a uniform layer,

- mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, grated cheddar and fried pieces of salami left for later. We put the cheese mixture in a baguette,

- wrap the baguette with heat-resistant foil and send it to the oven that has had time to warm up for 15 minutes,

- when the specified time has passed, we unfold the foil and leave the baguette to bake in the oven for another 5 minutes. You should get an appetizing crust,

Cut the finished baguette into portions and immediately serve it to the table until it cools down!
