How to make a salad with mushrooms and cucumbers? Prepare the products.
Step 2:
Wash the mushrooms, gently wiping them with a sponge. Do not wet them too much under water, mushrooms absorb moisture strongly and then become watery and tasteless. Dry them and cut them into 4 pieces.
Step 3:
Preheat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil on it. Fry the mushrooms, stirring, over low heat until the liquid is completely evaporated and golden brown.
Step 4:
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel from the shell. Chop them with a knife.
Step 5:
Wash the cucumber, cut off the tails. If the cucumbers have too thick skin, cut it off. Cut them into medium pieces.
Step 6:
Combine mushrooms, eggs and cucumber in a salad bowl.
Step 7:
Season with mayonnaise and mix. The salad is ready, you can serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
Salad can be served both warm and cold.
You can take any mushrooms. Fried chanterelles are especially good. With them, the salad will not only be delicious, but also bright, colorful.
The salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).
How to cook hard-boiled eggs? So that the eggs do not crack when cooking, put them in cold water and put them to cook on a small fire. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
