Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the salad products. I have a large carrot with just the right weight, if you have less carrots, then take two or three to get 250 grams. Mayonnaise with a fat content of 50%. Cheese with paprika.
Step 2:
Peel the carrot with a thin layer and cut it into strips. I divided the carrot into 3 parts, then cut each of them into plates, and already the plates into straws. You need to cut as thin as possible. For slicing, you can also use a grater for Korean carrots or a regular one, but I liked this option.
Step 3:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater or pass it through a press. You can immediately take not two, but three cloves of garlic, and you can add it to taste at the end of cooking, if you want to make a sharper salad.
Step 5:
Pour into a large deep bowl all the products prepared for the salad: carrots, cheese and garlic, add mayonnaise. The taste of the mayonnaise will also depend on the taste of the salad, so take a proven one, although it is best to make homemade.
Step 6:
Mix all the ingredients. The salad is ready. Now he needs to brew for some time so that he gets soaked and becomes as tasty as possible.
