If frozen food is used to cook chicken legs in soy-honey sauce, then it must be thawed at room temperature in advance. My shins, dry well.
Making soy-honey sauce. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. No more than half a small lemon will be enough for this.
If the honey is thick, heat it up in a water bath to a liquid state.
Combine soy sauce, liquid honey, lemon juice and mix well until the honey dissolves. If desired, the sauce is slightly salted.

In the sauce for marinating chicken legs, add paprika, ginger, ground black pepper, if desired, and mix everything until the spices are evenly distributed.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a suitable container, pour the sauce and mix well.
We put the legs in the refrigerator for marinating for 2-5 hours, and preferably overnight. The longer the chicken is marinated, the tastier and more fragrant the finished dish will be. During pickling, you can mix the shins a couple of times so that they are soaked with sauce evenly from all sides.
We transfer the pickled legs together with the sauce into a baking dish. We use any form: Teflon, ceramic or glass.
Put the chicken drumsticks in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
