How to bake chicken thighs on a baking sheet?

Chicken thighs are washed with running water and dried with paper towels. Pour vegetable oil into a deep bowl, add mustard, paprika, turmeric, oregano, any dry herbs, salt and ground pepper. Garlic is cleaned, washed, wiped dry, passed through a press and also added to the future marinade. Mix all the ingredients with a fork until smooth. We shift the prepared chicken thighs into a bowl with marinade. To get the perfect result, it's not enough to just leave them there, you need to wipe every piece. saturating it with the taste and aroma of spices.
Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and leave for a while. It is best if the thighs are marinated for 3 hours, in which case the finished meat will be incredibly tender and lagging behind the bone. If there is no time at all, you can shorten the process of marinating chicken to 30 minutes, but not less, otherwise the meat will not have time to soak in spices.
5 minutes before the start of the baking process, turn on the oven at 190 degrees to warm up. If there is a convection mode, we use it. Spread the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 45 minutes. Readiness is determined by the golden crust. Additionally, you can pierce one piece, the juice should come out transparent.
Sprinkle the finished hips with chopped herbs and serve to the table.
