Step 1:
Prepare and measure the ingredients.
Step 2:
Melt butter with sugar in a water bath until smooth.
Step 3:
Mix flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa, sift everything several times.
Step 4:
Add an egg to the butter and sugar and beat.
Step 5:
When the liquid mixture becomes foamy, enter the dry mixture into the future dough in portions and continue to beat.
Step 6:
Add milk and stir.
Step 7:
Cut the chocolate smaller (or take chocolate drops) and add to the dough. Mix it up.
Step 8:
Lubricate the muffin molds and fill them with dough for three quarters of the volume, no more. Bake at 190 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Step 9:
Do not over-dry the muffins, they will be tender and very chocolate.
