  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Cook the pudding first (I have blueberry). We do it as usual. As it says on the package. Or, as I do: mix cold milk with dry pudding and sugar. Mix everything and put it on the fire to cook until thickened. If you don't have blueberry pudding, take a regular one, and then add blueberry puree, 50g for example. So we cook our pudding, remove it from the fire, cover it with a film and put it to cool.

Whisk the proteins to peaks and add them to the mass with flour. Gently mix everything.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Pour part of the dough into another cup, about 1/3. Add cocoa. Mix it up.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

    Randomly pour dark dough.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

We spread our pudding with a spoon often.Put in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 160gr.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

We take out the finished one and let it cool down.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. You can beat it. And pour sour cream on the surface of the pie-cake. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top. We put it in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

    Bon appetit!
