Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Flan molds can be used any - silicone for cupcakes, ceramic ramekins for souffle or ordinary cups, as well as fragrant cups made of orange peel.
Step 3:
To make cups, you need to cut the washed orange in half, and then remove the core with a teaspoon.
Step 4:
If the molds are ceramic or silicone, lubricate them with a thin layer of oil and sprinkle with cocoa (such a French shirt will turn out). Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees.
Step 5:
In a small bowl, crumble the chocolate and add the butter. Add salt (2 pinches is enough, salt will shade the sweetness).
Step 6:
Melt the chocolate with butter and salt. A water bath, an oven at a low temperature or a microwave will do.
Step 7:
Cool the chocolate mass slightly and transfer it to a dough bowl.
Step 8:
In a separate bowl, mix sugar and eggs.
Step 9:
Whisk sugar and eggs into a fluffy foam. The sugar should dissolve.
Step 10:
Add the egg mass to the chocolate mass in a thin trickle and mix constantly.
Step 11:
Add flavors (vanilla and rum).
Step 12:
Add orange juice (or cognac). Mix well.
Step 13:
Sift the flour and mix until smooth. The mass for the flan is ready.
Step 14:
Spread the resulting mass into molds.
Step 15:
Do not fill up to the end, because when baking, the flank rises.
Step 16:
Bake at 200 degrees for 4 to 15 minutes.
Step 17:
After 4 minutes inside liquid hot chocolate, for lovers.
Step 18:
And after 15 minutes, flan is a slightly moist cupcake, fragrant and just as delicious. By sampling, choose your own version of the density of the middle.
