Cooking method
1. Preparing the meat: wash well, dry with a paper towel, scrape with a knife. Now we cut on one side and carefully cut out the bone.
2. Peel and chop the garlic. You can finely chop it or grate it, squeeze it through a press.
3. Spread the ham cut up, garlic on the meat, rub, then sprinkle the meat with salt and spices.
4. We roll up the ham tightly, tie it with a strong thread.
5. Mix together vegetable oil and spices, add honey, squeeze juice from lemon. Once again we interfere.
6. We lubricate the ham with marinade from the outside, put it in the sleeve, add bay leaves there.
7. We send the ham to bake in the oven for an hour and a half (temperature 180 degrees Celsius).
8. We cool the finished ham, then remove the thread and serve it to the table.
