If you bought puff pastry, but yeast dough, then before putting the buns in the oven, you need to leave them in a warm place so that they fit. It is advisable to cover them with a film. Our buns are prepared as follows. We take the cheese and put it on a grater with large holes. Next, break the raw egg and mix it with the cheese. Defrost the puff pastry without yeast. Cut it into pieces. Roll out each piece. Put the filling in the middle and roll it up. Pinch the edges tightly and press down so that the bun looks like a flatbread.
