First we need to prepare everything for the filling. We take my chicken legs, dry them, season with salt, pepper and send them to a heated frying pan, fried until ready. While the legs are frying, we send the prepared potatoes to cook, we need to make mashed potatoes from it. Mushrooms with onions are cut and fried until ready, add herbs and garlic to the fried mushrooms, if desired, season everything with salt and pepper. Do not forget to turn the chicken legs over. And we make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, we do everything well, add butter and warm milk. When all the fillings are ready, we cool them. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Take the dough, roll it out and divide it into 6 parts, put the puree first in the center of each piece, then the mushrooms and the chicken drumstick on top, pick up the ends of the dough and cover the chicken drumstick, do it carefully so that the dough does not break at the bottom, and tie the ends with kitchen thread on top. We put our chicken legs on a baking sheet and send them to the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the dough browns. We take it out of the oven and serve it hot to the table. Bon appetit!
