Step 1:
To prepare beef baked according to this recipe, you need to take vegetables in addition to beef pulp. They can be whatever they are. You need to cut everything so that there is approximately the same time for all the products to be ready. In this case, these are eggplants, onions, carrots, peppers, celery.
Step 2:
Cut the eggplants into large pieces, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then rinse under running water, put in a colander, and squeeze well from the water.

Tomato, celery, carrot and pepper cut into large slices,

Fold into a large bowl.
Step 5:
Cut the meat into slices about 1 centimeter thick. If the meat is old, then you can beat it off. I got beef of excellent quality, I bake it for the second time in the sleeve.

Carefully cut the package with the finished dish - a jet of hot steam will come out, try not to get burned. Serve immediately - the meat turns out to be simply melting, saturated with the aromas and flavors of all the ingredients, vegetables are also very tasty.
