Step 2:
To make it convenient for us to carve meat, take a very sharp knife. We cut the breast along the fibers into thin plates. Their thickness should not exceed 7 mm - if it turns out even thinner, then fine. Each slice is lightly beaten off with a kitchen hammer on both sides, salt and pepper to taste. To avoid splashes, cover the breast with cling film. We use all the meat.
Step 3:
Now we are preparing the filling. Champignons are washed, cut into cubes and fried in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil. We make an average fire, do not forget to stir.
Step 4:
Add cheese to the mushrooms, grated on a coarse grater, peeled and chopped garlic, as well as washed and finely chopped parsley. Mix all this, salt and pepper.
Step 5:
Lubricate each slice of turkey with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Spread a tablespoon of filling.
Step 7:
We twist a slice of meat in the form of a roll and stab the edges with a toothpick. Also, for fixing, you can simply tie the workpiece with a thread.
Step 8:
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil, spread the rolls and fry them on both sides until a golden crust appears on medium heat.
Step 9:
Then reduce the heat, pour in the broth, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the rolls for ten minutes.
