Step 1:
Ingredients for the dough, plus for decoration we still need 1 tablespoon of jam or thick jam.
Step 2:
Beat the soft butter with powdered sugar.
Step 3:
Add the protein (you do not need to beat the protein beforehand) and mix.
Step 4:
Sift the flour and add it to the oil mixture, mix until smooth.
Step 5:
Put the dough in a pastry bag with an asterisk attachment. Squeeze out cookies on a baking sheet with a recess in the center.
Step 6:

Step 7:
