Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
First you need to make a sourdough. Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Step 3:
Add sugar and flour, mix and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Step 4:
Then pour warm melted butter into the sponge. Mix well.
Step 5:
Add sugar and stir.
Step 6:
Break the chicken egg, mix until smooth.
Step 7:
Pour the sifted flour, mix until a thick lump is obtained. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Step 8:
If the yeast is good, the dough will fill the entire bowl.
Step 9:
Use your hands to knead the dough with the addition of flour so that it does not stick.
Step 10:
Roll out the dough into a 7 mm thick layer. Cut out circles with a large glass.
Step 11:
Stretch each circle with your hands and put 0.5-1 tsp of boiled condensed milk in the center. Connect the edges and pinch well.
Step 12:
Grease the parchment with sunflower oil and spread the buns seam down. Leave for 20 minutes in the heat, then lubricate the surface of the buns with butter or yolk.
Step 13:
Bake buns in the oven at 180 degrees. They are baked for about 25-30 minutes.
Step 14:
Remove the hot rolls from the baking sheet, cool slightly and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
