Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare the dough, combine sour cream with sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
Step 2:
Stir in one egg, soda and vanilla.
Step 3:
Mix the melted butter and sifted flour into the dough. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. If necessary, add a little more flour.
Step 4:
For the filling, take walnuts and chop them in a convenient way for you. You can chop it with a chopper, or you can, like me, with a sharp knife.
Step 5:
Add a little liquid honey to the chopped nuts.
Step 6:
Mix everything well. There is no need to add extra honey. It is only enough that all the nuts come together due to the stickiness of honey. Otherwise, when baking, it will leak out.
Step 7:
Cookies of various shapes can be formed from the finished dough. You can roll it into a layer, put the filling, roll it into a roll and cut it into cookies. You can cut out circles or squares, putting a little filling in the center, pinch the edges on top. Or you can roll it out into a circle like mine, cut it into segments and put a little filling on each of them.
Step 8:
Then roll into rolls and place on a baking tray. Put the cookies in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 9:
Cool the finished cookies and help yourself. Have a nice tea party!
If you want to cook something delicious for tea, then I recommend making delicious cookies rolls on sour cream with honey and nuts.
Cookies are in great demand among both children and adults.
There are many recipes for making shortbread cookies. Cookies with various fillings are in demand in our family. And one of the most delicious is cookies with walnuts. The combination of nuts and honey is very successful. Baking with such a filling turns out fragrant with an incredibly appetizing smell. And the dough, in my opinion, is suitable for cookies - tender, crumbly and very tasty! For a spicy flavor, you can add a little cinnamon to the dough.
In general, homemade cookies can be made from any dough and in any case it will be very tasty.
