Step 1:
For the dough and filling, we will need products from the list, you can also see them in the photo.
Step 2:
Dilute yeast, 1 spoonful of granulated sugar and salt in warm water. You can use a glass for this.
Step 3:
Sift the flour into a deep bowl and pour the yeast mixture into it. We begin to knead the dough with a spoon or silicone spatula.
Step 4:
Add olive oil and continue to knead the dough. Knead it for 10 minutes. This can be done directly in the bowl, but it is more convenient on the table.
Step 5:
Put the finished dough in a clean, dry bowl, cover with cling film and leave to come up in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 6:
Tomatoes and peppers are washed and cut into thin slices.

Grate the cheese.

We knead the dough that has come up, knead it with our hands into a thin or thick round layer and transfer it to a baking sheet or a special round pizza baking dish. Sprinkle the dough with seasoning.

In a small container, mix olive oil and tomato paste. Apply the resulting mixture to the entire surface of the dough. We spread the prepared tomatoes with the first layer.

Next we spread the pepper.

Next, we clean the thawed shrimp, wash them and spread them on top of the vegetables.

Chop the greens and sprinkle it on the pizza.

Sprinkle cheese on top of the pizza.

Now we put the pizza in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and leave it to bake for 25-30 minutes. The final baking time depends on the thickness of the dough - the thinner it is, the earlier it will be baked.
