Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Beat sugar with eggs until completely dissolved. Pour kefir into the egg mixture, add soda, mix so that a reaction occurs.
Step 3:
Pour in melted butter, jam, you can use absolutely any sweet jam, preferably without seeds. blackcurrant jam is interesting for this pie because the dough thanks to it turns out to be brown like cocoa, although cocoa is not added to it at all. Then pour in the sifted flour. Mix until smooth. The dough should turn out thick as sour cream.
Step 4:
We put the dough in a greased form and immediately send it to a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for about 40 minutes. We check the readiness of the pie with a wooden toothpick.
Step 5:
Take out the pie, cool it slightly and serve it to tea. Have a nice tea party!
