Step 1:

Roll the formed meatballs in a small amount of wheat flour and spread them on a floured plate.

Add a mixture of red and black peppers to the pan with dressing to taste and mix all the ingredients together, then cover the pan with a lid and remove it from the stove.

Put a suitable frying pan on the stove and pour into it two tablespoons of vegetable oil, which is then heated at a high temperature of the stove, then put the meatballs in the pan and fry them until golden brown for four minutes on each side.
Step 16:
Spread the fried meatballs in a suitable baking dish and pour them with the prepared tomato dressing, then put the form in a preheated oven to one hundred and eighty degrees for thirty-five to forty minutes.
Step 17:
