Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products. Peel the potatoes, wash them well. Wash and dry the chicken.
Step 2:
Cut the potatoes into large pieces.
Step 3:
Season potatoes with salt and pepper to taste, add bay leaf and any favorite spices. I added Provencal herbs. Add 100-150 grams of mayonnaise. Mix everything well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, wash the chicken thighs (in my case), dry with a paper towel. Add salt and pepper, I add more ground bay leaf. Pass two cloves of garlic through a press, add them to the chicken and the remaining 100-150 grams of mayonnaise. Stir and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 5:
Turn on the oven to warm up at 200 degrees. Grease the baking dish lightly with vegetable oil and lay out the potatoes.
Step 6:
Put the pickled chicken on top. Pour all the remaining marinade over the top. Put in the oven (200 degrees) for about 1 hour. Be guided by your ovens, maybe you will need less time, maybe more....
Step 7:
After 1 hour our fragrant potatoes with chicken in mayonnaise with parsley are ready))
Step 8:
We serve and call the household to dinner)) The potatoes are very soft and fragrant, the chicken just melts in your mouth)
Step 9:
Bon appetit!
