Step 1:

Pour three tablespoons of wheat flour into a mug.

Mix all the ingredients well in a mug, then put it in a warm place to activate the yeast for fifteen minutes.

Break one chicken egg into a large bowl, then pour salt into it to taste.

Pour one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into a bowl.

Put the dough in a bowl, then lubricate it with a small amount of vegetable oil and cover it with a towel from above and remove it to a warm place for forty minutes.

After a while, we spread the dough on the table, after which we grind it and form it.

Divide the dough into ten identical pieces, which are then rolled into buns and spread on the table.
Step 16:
Lubricate the bottom of a suitable-sized glass with vegetable oil and press it on each bun, after which the glass is slightly scrolled.
Step 17:
We make small incisions on each piece of dough with a knife and spread them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Step 18:
We put one teaspoon of jam or jam to taste in the center of each billet and remove it for twenty minutes to melt in a warm place.
Step 19:
