Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. To cook turkey drumsticks in foil in the oven, we will need: turkey legs of medium size or one large, garlic, a mixture of spices for meat (more narrowly focused for turkey), vegetable oil, ground black pepper and salt.
Step 2:
Wash the turkey shins and blot them with paper towels.
Step 3:
Peel the garlic and cut it lengthwise into 2-3 pieces. My teeth were already small, so I didn't cut them. Make deep incisions in each shin with a knife. Stuff the shins with garlic.
Step 4:
Rub the shins with a mixture of spices and salt. I already had ground pepper in my spices, so I didn't use it additionally. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5:
Grease the turkey with vegetable oil.
Step 6:
Wrap each shin in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake the shins in preheated to 200 °In the oven for about 50 minutes.
Step 7:
Then unwrap the foil and bake the meat for another 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
