Step 1:
To begin, we will prepare a streusel (streusel crumbs, sugar crumbs, flour.... it has many names) What you will need: Butter, I have a fat content of 82%, cold. Flour, sugar, salt, vanilla.
Step 2:
I connect everything and grind it into crumbs with my hands. While I'm putting it in the refrigerator.
Step 3:
Next the dough. It will need: Eggs of the first category, room temperature. Butter, I have a fat content of 82%, softened. Flour, corn starch. Baking powder, salt, sugar, vanilla.
Step 4:
Combine the sifted flour with starch and baking powder, mix and set aside for now.
Step 5:
Beat the butter until white and fluffy (4-5 minutes). Be careful not to overdo it.
Step 6:
Add salt, vanilla. In 2 sets of sugar, beating well each time (for a minute)
Step 7:
Then one egg at a time, beating just as well after each. The mass should be light, lush, homogeneous, creamy.
Step 8:
Then dry the ingredients in one go.
Step 9:
The dough should turn out homogeneous, creamy.
Step 10:
I will bake in a 20*20 shape. The bottom and sides were greased with vegetable oil and laid with parchment paper.
Step 11:
I pour out the dough, level it.
Step 12:
My strawberries, dry, peel, cut into slices about 5 mm thick.
