Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt, sugar, vegetable oil. Pour flour (a little more than on pancakes), knead a homogeneous dough.
Step 2:
Cover with a towel, leave for 1 hour in a warm place. I usually turn on two burners and put the dough next to each other, close the door so that there are no drafts.
Step 3:
Peel the potatoes, cook in salted water until tender, mash in mashed potatoes. Wash the liver, boil in salted water until tender.
Step 4:
Chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil. Pass the boiled liver through a meat grinder.
Step 5:
Add liver mass, fried onion and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6:
Put the dough that has come up on a table covered with flour, knead, tear off small balls, roll it with a rolling pin. Put the filling on each tortilla and make pies. Lay the seam in the bottom. Fry in well-heated vegetable oil on both sides until browned.
This is really a very easy recipe for quick yeast pies. Cook for your health! I am waiting for your feedback.
