Cooking method
Take as much foil as it will be enough to wrap the wings in two layers.
Put turkey wings on foil in two layers. Put a leaf of lavrushka under each wing.
Sprinkle the wings with spices, salt and rub them thoroughly.
Form sides from foil and pour lemon and ginger juices over the wings. And pour water on the bottom of the foil mold.
Wrap the wings in foil and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for an hour and a half. Then open the foil and bake for another 15 minutes at maximum temperature.
Soft and juicy, with a ruddy crust, turkey wings are ready. Serve hot to the table - so they are much tastier!
