Step 1:
Products that we will need to make black bread
Step 2:
Mix sugar with yeast.
Step 3:
Add water, room temperature.
Step 4:
Add rye flour and mix, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 5:
After 30 minutes, add salt, vegetable oil and sifted wheat flour to the approaching sourdough, knead the dough, put it in a warm place for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Step 6:
After an hour and a half, knead the dough and form bread from it, of any shape.
Step 7:
I have a round one.
Step 8:
Put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and leave in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
Step 9:
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
