Cooking method
Pour granulated sugar into a bowl. Pour in the milk and start stirring. Gradually pour in the cocoa, stirring continuously. We achieve a homogeneous consistency. Divide the resulting mass in half. Set aside one half, it will come in handy later.
In the second bowl with the dough, beat the eggs and whisk with a whisk. Pour in all the loose ingredients. Mix thoroughly until the dough is completely dispersed in a homogeneous mass. Now you can pour in sunflower oil. Mixed it up.
The classic brownie has a rectangular shape. We take a suitable silicone baking dish and fill it with our chocolate dough.
Set 180 degrees and cook for 20 minutes. We take out our cupcake. Shake the set aside half of the dough with a fork and pour the top of the brownie into the mold. And return it to the oven for 5 minutes. Let it soak.
