Cooking method
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (salt, yeast, sugar)
2. Add the egg and beat for about 1 minute
3. Preheat milk to 40*With and add to the mass (if you do not have special devices, a simple guideline: slightly hotter than your body temperature)
4. Sift the flour and knead the dough. It will stick to your hands a little. You should not be afraid of this, as adding oil will remove this effect
5. Add the butter in parts and continue to knead the dough. The harder you knead, the more magnificent the dough is in the end )))
6. We form a circle from the dough, add the filling. Leave a little filling for decoration. Then we pinch the edges and make a ball. Thus, the filling will be inside the ball
7.We roll out our ball into a circle 0.5-1 cm thick. You can be a little thicker, the main thing is to make sure that the filling does not come out much. It should remain under the dough so that the cake looks aesthetically pleasing
8. Place the glass in the center and cut the dough like a pizza, leaving the middle untouched. As a result, the pizza flatbread takes the form of a flower with petals. The video will certainly be clearer))
9. Now take these petals 2 at a time and twist them in opposite directions.
Next, at this stage, you can lubricate the surface with yolk. So the tortilla will look even more appetizing
9. In the center and on top of the pizza we distribute the remaining filling
10 We remove for proofing 30-40 minutes
11. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 * C
P.S: If you do not leave the dough on the pizza for proofing, then it will turn out like in the classic version of pizza. Add the sauce and you can send it for baking.
This recipe is also new to me, BUT! Its main value is that the dough for the tortilla here turns out to be UNREALISTICALLY airy, tender. Therefore, I use it in any baking: sweet, unsweetened. I baked buns using this recipe and they were the softest and most porous buns in my culinary life))
So try, cook and enjoy your appetite )))
