Cooking method
1. Preheat milk and clean drinking water. And mix the already warm liquid with high-speed yeast in a clean bowl.
2. Beat an egg into a bowl with yeast and milk. Add salt, sugar and mix thoroughly. Melt the butter and also pour into a bowl.
3. Wheat flour of the highest grade separately pre-sift into a clean and dry container, and then in small portions, 2-3 times, mix into the mass with yeast. Transfer the mass, as soon as it becomes thicker, to the work surface and knead the dough with your hands. It should be soft and airy in its structure, the main thing is not to mix it to a tight state. If there is a food processor or mixer with a special nozzle, then you can safely use it for these purposes.
4. Transfer the dough to a bowl. Cover it with cling film so that the dough does not dry out. Then leave the dough in a warm place for an hour or two so that it fits and increases in volume.
5. Meanwhile, prepare a baking tray for baking buns. Cover it with parchment or a special silicone mat so that the buns do not stick.
6. As soon as the dough has increased, divide it into 8 equal parts, from which to form round balls. Lay the buns on parchment, observing the distance between the buns at least a couple of centimeters. Cover the buns with a towel and let them stand in the heat for about an hour.
7. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for preheating.
8. In a small bowl or deep dish, beat the egg to lubricate the tops of the buns. This is done so that the buns have a beautiful glossy crust. In addition, sesame seeds will be better kept on the surface of the dough.
8. Grease the tops of the buns with egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Put the buns in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes until an appetizing golden crust.
Bon appetit!
