Cooking method
In December 2018, my life was divided into before and after. I got sick with diabetes. Accordingly, no sweets, cookies, buns, pasties and cakes for you! I won't say that I'm a big fan of sweets, but sometimes I want to drink coffee with a yummy! Now I'm looking for alternatives to carbohydrate desserts, and these rings are probably included in the list of healthy and delicious desserts. I suggest cooking them, they turn out soft, children and adults will like it, for breakfast it is the most! The recipe description is below:
1. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees.
2. Mix 200 grams of cottage cheese (I have fat-free in a briquette, you can take 5% fat content), 40 grams of coconut chips, one medium-sized chicken egg, 2 tablespoons of corn flour (you can replace it with rice flour, but it has a high glycemic index, so I take corn), half a teaspoon of baking powder, vanilla for at the tip of the knife, sweetener (I have Fitparade No. 7 (a mixture of sweeteners) - two sachets, those who like sweeter can add more) to a homogeneous consistency first with a spoon, then with their hands.
3. Divide the curd-coconut mass into 6 equal parts. The diameter of the ring with such proportions turns out to be about 9 cm. You can make three or four larger ones! :)
4. We roll out six sausages and form rings - I formed them on a cutting board, then put them on parchment (if desired, you can sprinkle a little coconut chips on top, or powdered sugar - anyone can).
5. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat. If there is neither, just lubricate the surface of the baking dish with a drop of vegetable oil.
6. We send it to the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees.
7. Cool down and enjoy! :) The appetite comes before eating from the smell coming from the oven! You can eat with jam, or just like that with tea and coffee!
A minimum of ingredients, dirty dishes, no need to use kitchen appliances and a short cooking time are significant advantages! It took me no more than 30 minutes.
