Step 1:
Defrost the liver, wash it. Preheat the frying pan with oil and fry the liver until half cooked. Peel the onion, cut it arbitrarily and add it to the liver. Salt, pepper to taste. You can add your favorite seasonings. Fry until tender. Then the liver and onion need to be crushed in a blender or meat grinder.The filling is ready.

For the roll, beat eggs, salt, milk. You can add greens if desired. I added a little fresh dill.
Step 3:
We need a baking dish, preferably rectangular/square. Cut the parchment paper according to your shape, crumple it into a ball and soak it well in water, squeeze it out and put it into a mold.
