Step 1:
We select and prepare the necessary products for cooking our dish.
Step 2:
Put the potatoes cut into neat slices in a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil on the stove.
Step 3:
Prepare the sauce and put it in a bowl on the 3rd table.s. sour cream, add to it 0.5 tsp.l. curry, 0.5 tsp.L. crushed coriander in a mortar, 0.5 tsp.l. hops-suneli, salt to taste and mix well.
Step 4:
Add 3 cloves of crushed garlic to the sauce, black pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.
Step 5:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees and drain the water from the boiled potatoes. We put the potatoes in a large plate and add the sauce and mix it well.
Step 6:
Grease the baking container with vegetable oil, put the potatoes in it evenly and put them in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Step 7:
Cut the greens necessary for taste and decoration.
Step 8:
We put the potatoes baked in the oven on a plate and sprinkle it with herbs.
